Job Overview:
We are seeking Role Player Personnel (RPP) to support realistic training scenarios for the Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC).
RPPs will play a crucial role in replicating indigenous or local personnel, their customs, language, and appearance, to create authentic training environments.
Successful candidates will follow scenario-based training scripts, observe training scenarios, and provide valuable feedback for After-Action reporting.
The Candidate is required to provide support for training events that will enhance NSWC's ability to replicate the intensity, scale, diversity, and complexity of overseas operations.
Responsibilities:
Replicate the mannerisms, customs, language, and appearance of indigenous or local personnel.
Follow scenario-based training scripts to create realistic training environments.
Observe training scenarios and document observations as directed.
Participate in public demonstrations or protests as required by the training scenario.
Maintain character during training events, including in-field hours and onsite stays.
Act as a detainee when necessary.
Act as a foreign-language speaker, which may include speaking English or other languages as directed.
Qualifications:
Willingness to follow training scripts and stay in character.
Strong observation and documentation skills.
Ability to act as a detainee and maintain character.
Ability to act as a foreign-language speaker, with no fluency requirements.
