Responsibilities:
Included by not limited toWill provide patient-appointing services from a Centralized Call Center or other Ft.
Campbell locations.
Will efficiently manage patient appointments, including booking, modifying or cancelling appointments through telephone or direct patient interactionAll appointed clerks, will be responsible for complying with applicable DHA, BACH, and Army regulationsWill answer incoming calls following DHA standard providing patients and accurate and timely informationClerks will perform all administrative requirements associated with patient appointing and related processesClerks will effectively register patients in the hospital automated data systems and handle referrals to network acute care as per protocolClerks will promptly report any encountered or anticipated problems in meeting patient needsRequirements &
Experience:
CommunicationDocumentationFilingMultitasking 1year experience Recommended Skills Facsimilie Health Systems Money Management Emergency Handling Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
