Responsibilities:
Included by not limited toResponsible for overall shift-scheduling coordinationLiaison with the government as wellOverview of the day-to-day duties with all medical clerksEnsure that clerks are writing telephone consultation and forward them to the appropriate provider/clinic via AHLTA.
Minimize any potential disruptions in the day-to-day taskAssist with answering incoming calls following DHA standards, providing patients with accurate and timely information.
Will perform all administrative requirements associated with patient appointments and related processes.
The appointed clerks will promptly report any encountered or anticipated problems in meetings patient needs; including.
Issues related to government personnel.
To the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)Ensuring that their services align with established protocols and policies.
Understands and respects the importance of not introducing new procedures or services without prior recommendations and approval from the KORequirements &
Experience:
CommunicationDocumentation and filingMultitasking 2years of Supervisory experience Recommended Skills Facsimilie Health Systems Money Management Emergency Handling Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
