Job Description
Lockheed Martin is seeking an HR Generalist / Administrative Support Specialist for Kabul (KAIA) Afghanistan. The HR Generalist / Administrative Support Specialist will support the NSRWA CLS - Afghanistan effort throughout the AOR. Duties and responsibilities shall include the following:
Prepares and processes recommendations for awards and arranges for awards ceremony.
Prepares, updates, and coordinates requests for evaluations, to include responding to evaluation inquiries.
Prepares and monitors requests for termination (directed or voluntary) and intra-company transfers.
Prepares and monitors requests for identification cards, R&R;, and line of duty determinations.
Prepares, updates, and coordinates personnel data and information management, authorizations for temporary duty and travel, personnel processing, personnel Security Clearances, training and reassignment, retention, special pay programs, personnel accounting and strength management, in-processing, sponsorship programs, legal and program administration.
Assist in evaluating personnel qualifications for special assignment.
Prepares and maintains on-site personnel records.
Prepares and reviews personnel health, welfare and casualty documents and procedures.
Monitors suspense actions.
IAW company policy, Initiates, monitors, processes personnel evaluations.
Coordinate with PMO HR staff on a routine basis.
Processes applications for NATO ID Cards, LOAs, CAC Cards and other forms of identification.
Processes actions for passports and visas.
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent experience, and 6 years specific work experience in human resource management and/or office administration. Must have experience in related technical order production such as processing of source data through to publication, familiarity with military specifications for TOs, editing, and the inter-filing of TO updates into basic manuals, forms and records. Must be familiar with TO library database management systems and company information sharing programs Position also requires experience in management and/or administrative functions to include word processing, spreadsheets, software, database, and schedule management. Must be able to pass/qualify all CENTCOM CRC medical and training requirements Must be a US Citizen Must possess a current passport Must read, write, speak and understand English Must possess or be able to obtain an appropriate security clearance level - if required Must be able to Interface with multifaceted personnel and meet their individual needs and requirements

Basic computer skills Strong professional interpersonal skills Team player Military deployment experience is highly desired and deployment experience in the CENTCOM region is desired and has experience working in an austere environment with limited resources.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
