To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) Applying military human resource (HR) rules, procedures, and operations to screen and/or check information in service records; 2) Utilizing military HR systems to retrieve or store information; and 3) preparing correspondence, reports and other documents in draft and final form using word processing software or other automated applications. Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you may qualify if your education meets the definitions below:
Education Substitution for Specialized
Experience:
Four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree must have at least 24 semester hours of course work in the field(s) related to the position from accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university, related to the position. (NOTE:

Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. (To compute the percentage, divide you total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your undergraduate semester hours by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. (Note:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
